I'm using HDClone X2 to recover an image, but after selecting the recovered image, it shows 'No image selected (Source).' Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In such cases, please create a log file (press Ctrl+Alt+F12) and open a support case.

HDClone should be able to open all images created with older versions of HDClone (but not necessarily the other way around), and also Professional Edition can open all images created with lower editions (Free, Basic, Standard, Advanced). Again, not the other way around.

If the image is not recognized, it could also be that the file is damaged or the file system corrupted.
