What I can tell you is that the software has become less usable with this new major version. First there was an issue using onboard keyboards with laptops with the 5.x version. Now with the 5.0.6 version, I am unable to use the Windows installed software to restore images to VHD files like I used to be able to. I am very frustrated with the none stop bugs and issues.
To answer your question, there is stlil a technician version and it's called the Professional version. All of the same features.
This is the issue I am having with the interface now.
As you can see, it finished but visual feedback stopped. I am unable to complete the process now.
