I am having an issue with the new HDClone 5.0.3 version. The keyboard on my laptops do not work when booting into the USB or Live CD media. If I plug in an external keyboard before booting up the computer, then that external keyboard works. I did not have this issue with the previous 4.3.7 version.

Do you by any chance know if the keyboard on the laptop is internally connected via PS/2 or via USB? A Log file would help, you can create it by clicking on the wrench in the top of the screen and selecting "Store Log". Send the log to support@miray.de

The new 5.0.3 version has a new input driver, which might be the cause for the behavior you're seeing.

I've added the log file to this discussion. I had to zip it up because the system would not take a file with the extension of .log or .txt.

I will also add this to the trouble ticket that I have open.
